What do you see when you look at yourself in the mirror?
In a Women's Health survey for Editor-In-Chief Michele Promaulayko's book Look Better Naked, we discovered that 62 percent of those surveyed were self-conscious about their bellies, 22 percent self-conscious about their butts, and 16 percent self-conscious about their breasts.
